The core element of our program includes eligibility, employment planning, work-based learning, on-the-job training, integrated company culture, employer and worker support, and a systematic job development approach to hiring and onboarding great employees. Restore Healthcare Medical Group has also invested in the education and development of job coaches, with several staff who are (ACRE) Customized Supported Employment Certified, which is nationally recognized and under the oversight of Employment Support Professional Certification Council and the Association of Community Rehabilitation Educator Council.
